摘要：An attempt is made to design and construct a single axis tracking system for the line focusedconcentrator. Equal arm balance structure is proposed and analyzed for the number of clear sunny days to track theparabolic trough system towards the motion of the sun. The system is made with the local available materials and canbe used for small portable system with the less maintenance. The system is cost, effective and economical so that thetechnology can be extended to the parabolic trough system of large aperture area.
