  • 摘要:Lead free ceramics (Bi1-xNaxTiO3) where x=0.45 was synthesized by Solid State Reaction technique.X-ray diffraction analysis reports single phase with rhombohedral structure. The lattice parameters obtained in BNT area=3.880A and 兛=89.78O. The sintering temperature increases the density of the material also increases to a maximumvalue. Further when the temperature increases the density of the material decreases and found to be more than 95% tothat of the theoretical density. The average grain size in BNT is found to be 2.23兪m. The maximum temperature (Tc=320OC. The room temperature tan兟 value has been found to be the order of 10-2 indicating low loss materials. Whenthe temperature is increased above Tc, the tan兟 is found to increase.
