摘要:The Indian cement industry has to reduce its current emission levels in terms of NOx emissions to be atpar with the newer environment regulations. This paper focuses on simulation of Flue Gas Recirculation system atdifferent recycle ratios for maximum NOxreduction in an industrial cement rotary kiln while keeping desiredtemperature at various Rotary Kiln zones. In each simulation, theNOxemission at Kiln outlet as well as the temperatureprofile along kiln axis was compared. The results show about 72%reduction ofNOx in given kiln conditions.
