  • 摘要:The performance analysis of new MATLAB simulink proposed model of hybrid energy storage system(HESS) used in Electric Vehicle using Ultracapacitor (UCEV) presented along with different configuration ofconverter. In HESS, because of inherent characteristics of high power density and converter configuration the UC willbe utilized to absorb or deliver high rate of charge transfer. This results that a relatively constant load profile is createdfor the battery that is, battery is not used for very high rate of charge transfer which will increase the life of batteryplates, less heating of battery and also increase driving range of vehicle.
