摘要:The manufacturing indus try of s mall s cale provide wide range of product to fullfill the marketneeds . To face many challenge of market thes e indus tries s hould increas e their production rate with goodquality and accuracy. The manual production is of low production rate and long throughtput time. Moreover,s tandardization of manual proces s es is difficult an d als o its difficully in maintenance , thus fixtures is us edon the machines , therefore this s tudy aims to des ign a fixture. Bas ically, fixture is a work holding device to guidethe tool. The main purpos e of making this fixture is to perform the milling operation without any need of s hiftingjob regularly. This res ult in reduction of of production time and increas e in production rate. This will leadto decreas ing manufacturing time and als o the machining cos t. In this work the milling fixture is des igned andanalyzed for the s tres s es and deformation that occur during the machining proces s es .
