摘要：Seismic bearing capacity for shallow strip footing has been determined indirectly due to increase in staticallowable soil pressure in the form of pseudo-static bearing capacity. This paper shows a review on principle andmethodology for determining the seismic bearing capacity of shallow strip footing by Analytical method with aspect ofboth limit equilibrium and limit equilibrium analysis theory and also simplified procedure that are generally used inpractice discussed here.
