摘要：Cerebro-vascular accident or brain attack is the sudden loss of neurological function caused by aninterruption of the blood flow to the brain. Cerebral palsy is characterized by the inability to normally control motorfunctions, which affect the child’s ability to explore, speak, learn, and become independent. The aim of the study is tostudy the efficacy of Brahmi in cognitive function in C.V.A and cerebral palsy patients with behavioral problems. Thescales being used in this study are- Positive and negative affect schedule, Psychological well being scale, Barthelsindex,FIM scale. Experimental study for a duration of 4-6 Months with convenient sampling was conducted in Mumbaiamong Chronic C.V.A patients and Cerebral palsy kids with behavioral problems of 30 subjects each. Results showthat, Brahmi improves the cognitive function in CVA and Cerebral Palsy patients with behavioral problems. Oncomparison between the two Cerebral Palsy patients benefit more.
