摘要:Single crystals of Ferrous Sulphate doped Sulphamic Acid have been grown by slow evaporationtechnique at room temperature. Structural characterization of grown crystal was carried out using single crystal andpowder X Ray Diffraction studies. FTIR study was performed to identify the various functional groups present in thegrown crystal. The cutoff wavelength of the grown crystal was found by UV-Vis-NIR spectral studies. Thermalstability of the grown crystal was analyzed from Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and DifferentialThermogravimetric Analysis (DTA).The mechanical strength and Second harmonic generation of the grown crystalwas determined by Vicker’s Microhardness Test and Kurtz powder technique respectively.
