摘要：Vehicular Ad hoc network allow the vehicles to form a self-organized network without the need for apermanent infrastructure. Routing in VANET is a challenging task due to high mobility and high density of nodes.Position based routing protocols are more suited for highly dynamic and mobile network. The main focus is to designthe network oriented position based routing protocols, which resulted in very high number of algorithms that aredifferent in approach and performance and each suited to one particular application.
