摘要：With the emergence of digital technologies a need for privacy and security arose which was mostlyfulfilled by passwords. Though, these passwords are also a potential point of failure and a burden. Password managershave provided a convenient way to manage them. The goal is to provide users with a much more secured and easymanagement of their passwords. The proposed system is a generative password manager i.e. it generates passwords forthe user instead of retrieving them from the database. It divides the password generation key in two parts, and generatesthe complex passwords using a secret key stored in user’s client application and another key stored on the server. It alsoimproves the password strength substantially by creating passwords itself rather than requiring the user to do so.
