摘要：Cloud computing is the emerging internet based technology which emphasizes commercial computing.Load balancing helps in improving the performance of the centralized server. In the present work, various algorithmsare analyzed using an analysis tool, namely, cloud analyst. Comparison is also made for algorithms load balancing.Load balancing is one of the techniques e mp l o y e d to optimize resource allocation and ensure highavailability and performance of cloud computing. In this project cloud partitioning approach is extended for effectiveload balancing and resource optimization. Besides the ideal refresh period which determines changes in the state ofpartitions of data centre for optimized resource utilization. Cloud i s t h e simulation f r a m e w o r k u s e d t obuild a prototype application for demonstrating the proof of concept. Our results showed that the proposed solutionimproves performance, throughput and utilization of cloud resources.
