摘要：The article recognizes key aspects of emotional intelligence within education environment with the purpose of improving democratic political practices, because of the meaning they have for the social responsibility of education centers. Thus, addressing the idea of “comprehensive education” means to highlight cognitive, emotional, and social developments that contribute to the improvement of school environment, education, and performance of students. It also contributes to the development of civic skills through school leadership and democratic coexistence.
