摘要：This article offers three reflections that contribute to current debates on the crisis of the family. We purport that this crisis derives from the displacement of the one and single biogenetic, nuclear family model. Acknowledging the diversity of family arrangements, we first address the legal recognition of multiple family arrangements, including the nuclear model. Second, we examine if kinship is the structuring basis of family arrangements and delve into the questions posed by assisted reproduction. Finally, we explore issues raised by the legal attribution of kinship.
