标题：การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของนักศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สถาบันการพลศึกษา Factor Analysis of Students’ Leadership in Faculty of Education, Institute of Physical Education
摘要：การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำ ของนักศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สถาบันการพลศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 3สถาบันการพลศึกษา 17 วิทยาเขต ปีการศึกษา 2558จำนวน 638 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม ((ClusterRandom Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำ มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory FactorAnalysis) โดยสกัดองค์ประกอบ ด้วยวิธีเทคนิคแกนสำคัญ (Principal Component Analysis: PC) การหมุนแกน แบบออโธกอนอล (Orthogonal Rotation) ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ (Varimax Method) และการคัดเลือกจำนวนองค์ประกอบ ที่มีค่าไอเกน (EigenValue) เท่ากับ หรือมากกว่า 1 คัดเลือกข้อคำถามที่มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ(Factor Loading) เท่ากับหรือมากกว่า 0.5 และตั้งชื่อองค์ประกอบ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สถาบันการพลศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ด้านพลศึกษาและกีฬา มีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 16.913 ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมมีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 2.956 ด้านบุคลิกภาพ มีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 2.226 ด้านสังคม มีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 1.965 ด้านสติปัญญา มีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 1.546 ด้านความสุภาพอ่อนโยน มีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 1.426 และด้านสมรรถนะวิชาชีพพลศึกษามีค่าไอเกนเท่ากับ 1.315 สรุปผลการวิจัย องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของนักศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สถาบันการพลศึกษา มีทั้งหมด 7 องค์ประกอบ มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์สูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ: ภาวะผู้นำ / องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำ /ผู้นำนักศึกษา The objectives of this research were to analyze the components of the students’ leadership in Faculty of Education, Institute of Physical Education. The samples in this research were the third-year students studying in the faculty of education from all seventeen campuses, in the academic year 2015. 638 subject were selected on the basis of cluster random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was a five-point rating scale Leadership questionnaire. Data analysis was implemented by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the components of leadership were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis technique, obtained by Principle Component Analysis and Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax Method with Eigenvalue at ≥ 1,and Questions Selecting Factor Loading at ≥ 0.5 and Nominate Component. The research results were found that students’ leadership in Faculty of Education, Institute of Physical Education consisted of seven components which revealed that in the component of physical education and sports, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 16.913, (2) in the component of moral and ethic, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 2.956, (3) in the component of personality, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 2.226, (4) in the component of socialization, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 1.965 level, (5) in the component of intelligence, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 1.546, (6) in the component of politeness, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 1.426, and (7) in the component of profession on physical education skills, the Eigenvalue was rated at λ = 1.315. Discussion: Based on the findings of this investigation, students’ leadership in Faculty of Education, Institute of Physical Education consisted of seven components and holding high loading at the .05 significance level.
