摘要：Regional legislation is a part of Indonesian legislation. Regional freedom in establishing regional legislation is a right, as it is an instrument of regional government legal policy in accommodating the aspirations of the society, overcoming existing problems, or possible problem in the future within the framework of regional autonomy. The establishment of regional regulations in accordance with the interests of the society must implement the principles of regional autonomy.
