摘要：El sistema de educación superior del Ecuador experimenta, desde hace pocos años, cambios de gran interés pedagógico. En este marco, el objetivo del estudio fue generar colectivamente y sistematizar políticas de educación y enseñanza inclusivas, con los profesores y directivos de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí (UTM) (Ecuador), para contribuir al mayor desarrollo inclusivo de esta universidad. La metodología de investigación fue fundamentalmente cualitativa, basada en el análisis documental de la normativa vigente e institucional y en la teoría fundamentada, con un enfoque etnográfico, hermenéutico y evaluativo, apoyado en entrevistas, seminarios y reuniones de trabajo. Las políticas definidas se comprendieron como procesos de cambio dialogados, validados y aceptados por los interesados. Los resultados de la investigación se componen del conjunto sistematizado de políticas institucionales consensuadas y finalmente aprobadas por el Consejo Universitario de la UTM.
其他摘要：The system of superior education of Ecuador has been experimenting, the last few years, changes of great pedagogical interest. In this frame, the objective of the study was to generate jointly and to systematize inclusive policies of education and teaching, with the professors and directors of the Technical University of Manabí (UTM) (Ecuador), in order to contribute to the further inclusive development of this university. The investigation methodology was fundamentally qualitative, based on documentary analysis of the current legislation and institutional, and in the grounded theory, with an ethnographic approach, hermeneutic and evaluative, supported in interviews, seminaries and meetings of work. The defined policies were understood like processes of dialogued changes, validated and accepted by the interested ones. The results of the investigation are made up of the systematized set of consensual institutional policies and finally approved by the University Council of the UTM.
