摘要:La Educación Superior cubana intenta que su gestión esté sustentada en los procesos sustantivos. Así, esta investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar las buenas prácticas de gestión universitaria para alcanzar un mayor impacto, pertinencia y calidad en los procesos que desarrollan las universidades cubanas, todo ello basado en la sostenibilidad. Para ello, se analiza la gestión de los procesos universitarios a través del benchmarking. El resultado se obtiene a partir del diseño de un procedimiento de benchmarking que permita la mejora continua de las universidades de forma sostenible. Las conclusiones muestran que es factible utilizar el procedimiento propuesto como sustento para el perfeccionamiento de los procesos sustantivos y transversales de la universidad, ya que el benchmarking logra ser una opción eficiente para mejorar continuamente el desempeño universitario a través de las buenas prácticas

Thus, this research aims to study the best practices of university management to achieve greater impact, relevance and quality in the process undertaken by the Cuban universities, all based on sustainability. For this, the management of university processes is analyzed through benchmarking. The result is obtained from the design of a benchmarking process that allows continuous improvement of universities sustainably.
