摘要：Este trabajo versa sobre la identidad profesional docente en Educación Infantil. Nos adentraremos en este concepto de identidad profesional llevado al ámbito de la docencia, dando voz a las maestras y haciendo un recorrido por la historia y las particularidades de esta profesión que van conformando la identidad del docente. Para ello, tras ofrecer una revisión teórica de la literatura en la que nos apoyamos, recurrimos a un diseño descriptivo y exploratorio mediante entrevistas realizadas a un grupo de seis maestras de Educación Infantil de un centro docente de la Región de Murcia. A partir de sus opiniones, valoraciones y experiencias pretendemos conocer cómo se construye la identidad profesional docente y qué dimensiones la integran. El análisis de las respuestas obtenidas así como las conclusiones que de ello se derivan permitirán trazar, de forma aproximada, patrones comunes y singulares definitorios del perfil de la maestra de Educación Infantil. 其他摘要：This paper focuses on the professional identity of Early Childhood Education teachers. We will deal with the concept of professional identity within the teaching field by giving voice to female teachers and going through history, taking into account the special characteristics of these professions which build the teachers identity. In order to do this, and after carrying out a theoretical review of the bibliography used, we will present a descriptive design with a series of interviews to a group of six Early Childhood Educational teachers who work in a school which is situated in the Region of Murcia. From their opinions, values and experiences, we intend to know how the professional identity of the teacher is built and what dimensions are integrated in it. The analysis of the answers and one of the derived conclusions allow us to roughly draw the significant profile of the Early Childhood Education female teacher.
