摘要：Con el modelo de apertura impuesto en Colombia, impulsar la competitividad se convierte en el escenario para alcanzar el éxito en los procesos de inserción en los mercados mundiales. En este documento se realiza una aproximación a la evaluación de dicho aspecto mediante la medición del desempeño exportador del departamento de Antioquia; se evalúan las exportaciones netas con base en la clasificación por código CIIU (Clasificación Industrial Internacional Uniforme), por medio de cuotas de exportación e Índice de Especialización Tecnológica (IET). El principal resultado del trabajo es que la dinámica exportadora antioqueña es clave para la apertura económica del país en un escenario de crecimiento mundial y de mayor comercio internacional, pero aún así, falta mucho en comparación con América Latina.
其他摘要：Colombian aperturing economic model implied, to impel the competitiveness becomes the scene to achieve the success in the processes of insertion in the world wide markets. An approach to the evaluation of this aspect can be appreciated from a measurement of the export performance, in which a descriptive and quantitative analysis of the commercial structure presents weaknesses and strengths of the region under study. In this document we make the above specifically for the Antioqueña region evaluating net exportations based on the CIIU Code classifying (Industrial Classification the uniform international) through the Technological Specialization Index (IET). The main result of the work is that Antioqueña exporting dynamics is key for the economic opening of the country in a scene of world wide growth and greater international trade, but even so, lack much in comparison with Latin America.
