摘要:Many patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) have clinically significant anxiety, depression, apathy, fatigue and sleep disturbances. These non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease are still not well recognized in clinical practice, either in primary or in secondary care, and are frequently missed during routine examination, but often contribute to impair the functional abilities in PD patients. Awareness of behavioral and psychological symptoms in PD should generate new approaches to improve their diagnosis accuracy and facilitate timely therapeutic interventions.
