摘要：Este artículo analiza la historia de un conflictivo proceso de relocalización de casi un centenar de familias en un proyecto de vivienda de interés social situado en Vera Cruz, un barrio ubicado cerca de la frontera sur de Costa Rica. Bajo la metodología de la investiga - ción acción participativa se produjo durante casi dos años, el conocimiento necesario para identificar tres factores responsables de las disfuncionalidades psicosociales que han emer - gido en el proceso: eliminación de la participación de los beneficiarios, prevalencia de una concepción de vivienda terminada y desarticulación entre los diferentes responsables del desarrollo de este proyecto.
其他摘要：This article analyzes the story of a conflictive process of relocation of almost one hundred families in a project of social interest housing located in Vera Cruz, a neighborhood near the southern border of the country. The participatory action research methodology was applied for almost two years and resulted in the identification of three main factors related to the psychosocial problems appearing in the process: the elimination of the participation of the beneficiaries, the prevalence of a conception of finished housing and the dis-articulation between the differences of those responsible for the development of this project.
