摘要：Resumen: La presente investigación aborda el beneficio del uso de la justicia restaurativa en el ámbito comunitario, al margen de la legislación actual y tomando como base que los ciudadanos tienen derechos y obligaciones dentro de su comunidad para vivir de manera armónica, y tienen responsabilidad con los ofensores y víctimas de delitos, quienes también son vecinos y forman parte del sistema social. Asimismo, se expone entre otras cosas, los objetivos de la justicia restaurativa, su diferencia con la mediación comunitaria, la reparación del daño con efectos restaurativos, y la necesidad de implementarse programas de justicia restaurativa en el contexto comunitario del Estado de Nuevo León.
其他摘要：Abstract: The present investigation deals with the benefit of the use of restorative justice at the community level, outside from the current legislation and on the basis that citizens have rights and obligations within their community to live harmoniously, and have responsibility to offenders and victims of crimes, who are also neighbors and part of the social system. It also exhibits, among other things, the objectives of restorative justice, its difference with community mediation, the repair of damage with restorative effects, and the need to implement restorative justice programs in the community context of the state of Nuevo León.
