摘要：Introducción: la hipertensión arterial es una patología que requiere cuidados especiales durante la práctica odontológica diaria. Su tratamiento puede generar lesiones y condiciones secundarias en la mucosa bucal, asociadas a su ingesta. Objetivo: determinar la presencia de lesiones y condiciones secundarias más frecuentes en cavidad bucal de pacientes bajo tratamiento antihipertensivo. Método: se realizó estudio observacional descriptivo de serie de casos, que acudieron al Policlínico con Servicios de Hospitalización Mario Muñoz, del municipio de Rafael Freyre, provincia Holguín, de enero- mayo del 2016. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por 41 pacientes que se examinaron en consulta. Resultados: el grupo de edad más afectado por las lesiones y condiciones secundarias fue el de 35-59 años (51,2%) y el sexo femenino el más representativo, con el 58,5%. Los medicamentos antihipertensivos más usados fueron los diuréticos (n=39) y bloqueadores de canales del calcio los menos (n=19). La xerostomía (56,1%) fue la manifestación más encontrada y la reacción liquenoide (4,9%), la menos vista. El ciento por ciento de los pacientes mostraron cambios en su cavidad bucal por consumo de medicamentos antihipertensivos. Conclusiones: se observó presencia de lesiones y condiciones secundarias por el consumo de fármacos.
其他摘要：Introduction: hypertension is a condition that requires special care during daily dental practice. Its treatment can generate lesions and secondary conditions in the oral mucosa, associated with its intake. Objective: to determine the presence of lesions and secondary conditions more frequent in the oral cavity of patients under antihypertensive treatment. Method: a descriptive observational study of a series of cases that came to the Polyclinic with Hospitalization Services Mario Muñoz was performed from January to May 2016. The universe of study consisted of 41 patients who were examined in consultation. Results: the age group most affected by injuries and secondary conditions was 35-59 years (51.2%) and the female sex was the most representative, with 58.5%. The most used antihypertensive medications were diuretics (n=39) and calcium channel blockers the least (n=19). Xerostomia (56.1%) was the most prevalent manifestation and lichenoid reaction (4.9%), the least found. One hundred percent of patients showed changes in their oral cavity due to the use of antihypertensive medications. Conclusions: the presence of injuries and other side effects were the results of the use of antihypertensive drugs.
