摘要：در این مطالعه به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب نظام ارزی در کشورهای تولیدکننده نفت پرداخته شده است. نظریه‌های رایج در انتخاب نظام ارزی عبارتند از انتخاب منطقه بهینه ارزی، نظریه اقتصاد سیاسی و فرضیه بحران ارزی که در این مطالعه به بررسی این موضوع از منظر نظریه اقتصاد سیاسی پرداخته شده است. متغیرهای مورد استفاده، ساختار اقتصادی و سیاسی کشورهای مورد بررسی را نشان می‌دهد که در بازه زمانی 1974 تا 2011 در نمونه انتخابی از 31 کشور تولیدکننده نفت با بیشترین میزان تولید با استفاده از مدل پنل لاجیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتیجه این مطالعه حاکی از اهمیت ساختار سیاسی، رانت نفتی، ایدئولوژی دولت و اندازه اقتصاد در تعیین نظام ارزی در نمونه مورد بررسی است. بدین ترتیب که هرچه ساختار سیاسی دمکراتیک‌تر، ایدئولوژی دولت چپ‌گرایانه‌تر و اندازه اقتصاد بزرگتر باشد، احتمال اتخاذ نظام ارزی شناور افزایش می‌یابد و هرچه رانت نفتی و درجه وابستگی به درآمد نفت بیشتر باشد گرایش به نظام ارزی ثابت افزایش می‌یابد.
其他摘要：This paper examines factors influencing the choice of exchange rate regime in oil producing countries. Prevailing theories in selecting exchange rate regime include optimum currency area, political economy theory, and currency crisis. In this survey the matter has been studied regarding political economy theory. The variables used in the economic and political structure of the considered countries indicate that from 1974 to 2011 as many as 31 countries by using Panel Logit model have been studied. The result suggests the influence of political structure, oil rent, government ideology and economic capacity on specifying the exchange rate regime. Thus, the more democratic political structure, as well as the more leftist government ideology and also the wider economic capacity increase, the likelihood of choosing a flexible regime , If oil rent and dependence on oil revenue increase there will be a higher probability of implementing a fixed regime.
