摘要：Basic sodium copper carbonate, Na3[Cu2(CO3)3(OH)]∙4H2O, has been mentioned as heritage corrosion product of copper alloys in two publications. The identification relied on the comparison of the powder diffractograms with ICDD 28-1048. But this erroneous reference card clearly measured chalconatronite, Na2Cu(CO3)2∙3H2O, instead which is indeed the product formed in the synthesis on which the card is based. Therefore, ICDD 28-1048 should be deleted.
