摘要：An analysis of 150 patents filed in USA during 1983-95 indicates that USA and Japan are the leading countries filing patents in this area of technology. The patenting activity is highly scattered among institutions and companies. It is concentrated in the areas of enzyme membrane biosensors and electrochemical biosensors.
