摘要：Anestezinin hatalı uygulanması iddiası ile hekimler ve diğer sağlık personeli aleyhlerine açılan davalarda ciddi bir artış gözlenmektedir. Perioperatif ölümlerle ilgili yapılan retrospektif çalışmalar ölüm nedenlerinin büyük çoğunluğunun kişinin preoperatif hastalığına ve cerrahi girişime bağlı olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla beraber anestezi uygulamasma bağlı ortaya çıkan istenmeyen durumlarında en büyük sebebini insan hataları oluşturmaktadır. Büyük çoğunluğu önlenebilir anestezi kazalarına bağlı gelişen tıbbi uygulama hatalarının en aza indirilmesi için standart monitorizasyon uygulaması, sürekli eğitim, çalışma koşularının iyileştirilmesi, dava konusu tıbbi uygulama konularmda geri bildirim, anestezi uygulaması ve kriz yönetimini içeren standart bakım rehberlerinin geliştirilmesi çok önemlidir.Anahtar kelimeler: Anestezi, tıbbi uygulama hatası
其他摘要：A significant increase in the lawsuits against physicians and other healthcare professionals with the claim of anesthesia malpractice has been observed. Retrospective studies about perioperative deaths show that the most common causes of the deaths are the patients’ preoperative diseases and surgical intervention itself. Besides this, undesirable conditions related to anesthesia practice mostly occur due to human mistakes. Standardized monitoring, continuing education, improving the working conditions, feedback from the medical practice lawsuits, standardized care guidelines on anesthesiology practice and crisis management are of critical importance for reducing the medical malpractice claims, especially those of the preventable anesthesia accidents.
