  • 其他摘要:This work is a consequence of the determination of the best alternative in the design of equipment for an industrial activity carried out to answer the requirement of a local company . The long history of the company did not show an evolution of its own designs toward the optimization of those according to any criteria , but permanent modification to adapt equipment performance to the particular client requirements in each situation were made. In the reference [1] the experience is commented. On the other hand, coming from organizational Engineering considerations [2,3], we find problems where the extremes of functions with domains of high dimension and defined by points are to be solved. Data coming from the experience. The exact determination of the stationary points of a function of many variables, for functions given analytically, is known. In that case, the problem consists on solving the system of algebraic equations that is found from the nullity of the components of the gradient of the function. That is, every first derivative of the function is known analytically . It is not the case of a function given by points. It then conform a numeric problem that can be synthesized as follows: Approximate determination of the extremes of functions defined by points with domains of high dimension. As an extension of the gradient method an application of the MIF for the determination of stationary points of functions given by points is presented . The new method is applicable without changes to functions with any n-dimensional domain
