其他摘要:This work is a part of a research program devoted to establish the reliability of the numerical simulations of strong fluid-dynamics phenomena. We study the interaction (in plane symmetry) of a shock wave with the interface between two fluids, which differ in their constitutive and thermodynamic': properties. The simulation of this in teraction shows a spurious transitory stage, characterized by a strong separation ot the numerical protiles of the physical variables from the theoretical ones. Relations to estimate the last of this stage are given, and a criterion is proposed to attain minimum distorted profiles with respect to those obtained from theory.
