其他摘要：The present work deals with the aplication of Fourier Analisys to the study of structural elements executing transverse vibrations, over which concentrated massses have been mounted. The method is shown for the cases of a beam and a plate both with a concentrated mass elastically mounted. Numerical problems are studied and the precision of the method is evaluated by comparison of the results with those of the exact solution. Finally numerical problems involved in the determination of the exact natural frequencies are discussed.
