摘要：Etkili bir öğrenme ortamı sağlamanın en önemli yollarından biri, iyi bir sınıf yönetiminden geçer. Uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarının yayılması ile sınıf yönetimi sadece yüz yüze ortamlarda değil çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamlarında da önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Çeşitli çalışmalarda çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamları ile ilgili sonuçlar elde edilmiş ancak bu ortamların nasıl düzenleneceği, nasıl bir sınıf yönetimi stratejisi sergileneceği konusundaki sorular yeteri kadar cevap bulmamıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamlarında gerçekleştirilen sınıf yönetimi stratejilerinin, öğrencilerin akademik başarılarına ve derse yönelik tutumlarına etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Deneysel desene ilişkin deney-1 (n=34), deney-2 (n=33) ve kontrol (n=34) gruplarından öntest ve sontest şeklinde veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen başarı testi ve derse yönelik tutum ölçeği, çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamını kullanan deney gruplarına ve yüz yüze ortamda yer alan kontrol grubuna öntest ve sontest olarak uygulanmıştır. Uygulamalar tamamlandıktan altı hafta sonra başarı kalıcılık testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, yüz yüze ve çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamında bulunan öğrencilerinin başarılarının ve derse yönelik tutumlarının aynı düzeyde arttığı belirlenmiştir. Akademik başarılarındaki kalıcılığın da aynı tüm gruplarda aynı düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmada süresinde çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamında gerçekleştirilen sınıf yönetimi stratejilerinin öğrencilerin akademik başarıları ve yürütülen derse yönelik tutumlarında yüz yüze ortam ile aynı etkiyi sağladığı belirlenmiştir. Yüz yüze ortamda gerçekleştirilen stratejilerin, uygulanan yöntemlerin çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamında da yer bulacağı ve olumlu sonuçlar elde edileceği görülmüştür. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamlarında derslerin daha etkili yürütülmesi adına sınıf yönetimi stratejilerine ilişkin öneriler sunulmuştur.
其他摘要：One of the most significant ways of providing an effective learning environment is to develop successful classroom management. Classroom management has gained great importance in not only face-to-face but also online learning environments with the spread of distance learning applications. Numerous results have been found in the studies conducted on online learning environments, yet the answers to the questions of how to organize these environments and how to show a classroom management strategy have not been identified. This research aims to determine the effect of classroom management strategies in online learning environments on students' academic achievement and their attitudes towards the course. Experimental design was used in the study. The research data was collected from the experimental group 1 (n=34), experimental group 2 (n=33) and control group (n=34) as pretest and post test. The achievement test and attitude scale developed by the researchers were administered to the experimental groups in the online learning environments and to the control group in the face-to-face learning environment as pretest and posttest. The achievement retention test was applied after six weeks. Research results have suggested that the achievement and attitudes of the students in face-to-face and online learning environments increase at the same level. The retention of the students’ academic achievement has also been determined to be at the same level in all the groups. Research results have also revealed that classroom management strategies implemented in the online learning environment during the implementation process have the same effect as the face-to-face environment regarding the students' academic achievement and attitudes towards the course. It has been determined that the strategies implemented in face-to-face learning environments and the methods will be found in the online learning environments and positive results will be obtained. Based upon the research findings, several recommendations have been provided related to the classroom management strategies to make the courses more effective in online learning environments.
