摘要：On sekizinci yüzyıl, Osmanlı Devleti’nin kendine özgü dinamiklerinden uzaklaştığı ve yaşadığı toprak kayıplarıyla Batı karşısındaki üstünlüğünü kaybetmeye başladığı, sosyal ve kültürel alanda pek çok değişimin yaşandığı bir dönemdir. Bu yüzyılın sanat ve edebiyatında da -önceki yüzyıldaki seyrini değiştirecek ölçüde olmasa da- bazı farklılıkların, yeniliklerin varlığına şahit oluruz. Şair sayısında önceki asırlara nazaran büyük bir artış gözlenen ve bu bağlamda “şair ve şiir asrı” olarak zikredilen on sekizinci yüzyılda, sosyal yapıdaki sıkıntıların da etkisiyle şairlerin büyük bir kısmının hikmet vadisinde yürümeyi tercih ettikleri görülür. Hikmet vadisinde yürüyerek şiirlerinin kahir ekseriyetini hikemi bir üslup ile söylemeyi tercih eden şairlerden biri de Safî Mustafa’dır. Tezkirelerde ismi zikredilmeyen ve dolayısıyla hayatı hakkında herhangi bir bilgi bulunmayan Safî’nin, asıl isminin Mustafa olduğunu da bizzat kendisinden öğrenmekteyiz. 其他摘要：Eighteenth century is a period when Ottoman Empire begins to out of the peculiar dynamics and losing soil. Thence, it losed the superiority against to West. Also it is a period that many changes has been carried out in the social and cultural fields. We have witnessed the presence of innovation and some differences though not to the extent that will change the course in the previous century. A large increasing were observed in the number of poets as regards to previous centuries and in this context, in the 18th century called the “poet and poetry century”, a majority of the poets prefer to walk in wisdom valley with the impact of difficulties in the social structure. One of the poets is Safi Mustafa walking in the valley of wisdom prefer to say his large portion of poetries with a style of wisdom We learnt that Shafi' s real name is Mustafa by himself not mentioned in anthologies and therefore no information is available about his life. It is possible to say that the poet alive from the early eighteenth century to the end of the seventeenth century by virtue of two separate dates recorded “Eş’âr’’ in the National Library. Safi gave place to a quite number of quatrains containing 100 leaves and their some leaves were broken from the beginning and middle. It will be necessarry to assess to Safî in the leading poets of this form, though with a large number of Rubai containing so many problems with regard to measure.
