摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin sahip oldukları yaşam stilleri ile sınıf yönetimi profilleri arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada öğretmen adayların yaşam stillerini belirlemek amacıyla, Yaşam stilleri envanteri ve Bosworth (1997) tarafından geliştirilen Sınıf Yönetim Stili Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nda 7 farklı coğrafi bölgede öğretmen olarak çalışan yaşları 27 ile 54 arasında değişen toplam 306 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Bunlardan 123’ü bayan (% 40.2), 183’ü erkektir (% 59.8)(SD= .49). Çalışma sonucunda öğretmenlerin yaşam stillerinin sınıf yönetiminde kullandıkları stiller ile ilişkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between life styles of teachers and classroom management styles. This study used life-style inventory, which was developed by Kern and Cummins (1996) to ascertain teachers’ life styles, and also used classroom management style inventory, which was developed by Bosworth (1997). The sample group of this study is composed of 306 teachers working at seven regions of Turkey. The ages of sample population are between 27 and 54, and 123 of them (% 40.2) are female and 183 of them (% 59.8) are male. The results show that there is a relationship between life styles of teachers and classroom management styles.
