摘要：Özet Bu makalenin amacı, günümüz Türkiye’sinde İslam eğitim tecrübesinin geldiği noktayı temsil eden İmam-Hatip modelini ve temel özelliklerini incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Bu okullar İslam eğitim tarihindeki devlet gözetim ve desteğinde Selçuklular döneminde başlayan medrese geleneğinin bir devamı olarak, Osmanlı’nın son döneminden itibaren eğitimde modernleşme çabaları ile birlikte günün koşullarına göre kendilerini yenilemiş eğitim kurumlarıdır. Bu okulların fikri temelinde “geleneksel” ve “modern” referanslar arasında bir uyum bulma çabası yer almaktadır. Bu okullar Cumhuriyet tarihi boyunca ortaya çıkış şekli, yapısı, müfredatı, öğrenci ve mezunlarıyla toplumda oluşan laik ve İslami kesimler arasında Türkiye’nin gündeminde sürekli tartışılan bir mesele haline almıştır. Bu okullar 11 Eylül 2001 sonrası süreçte ise Müslüman ülkelerdeki medrese reform çalışmalarına model olarak gösterilmiş, uluslar arası bir ilginin odağı haline gelmiştir. Doküman analizi yoluyla yapılan nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılan makalede ilk başlıkta İmam-Hatip modelinin anlamlandırılması üzerinde durulmuş, ikinci başlıkta ise bu okulların diğer ülkeler için model olarak gösterilmesini sağlayan temel özellikleri incelenmiştir.
其他摘要：The aim of this article is to examine and evaluate the Imam-Hatip model which represent the point reached by Islamic education experience in Turkey and its basic features. These schools are education institutions which renewed themselves according to actual conditions due to modernization efforts starting from the final period of Ottoman Empire and which are continuation of the madrasa tradition that initiated in Seljuk empire period with the support and monitoring of the state in Islamic education history. The intellectual basic of these schools is the effort for finding a harmony between traditional and modern references. These schools, with their way of appearance, structure, syllabus, students and graduates, have always been an issue for debate between secular and Islamic sections in agenda of Turkey throughout the history of Republic. These schools were shown as model to the madrasa reform process in Muslim countries in the period after September 11h 2001 and became an international focus of interest. In the article, the qualitative research method with document analysis technique was used. In the first chapter of the article making sense of Imam Hatip model was discussed. In the second chapter, basic features of Imam Hatip model that made a model for madrasa reforming was examine.
