摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı, yöneticiyi karar verme sürecinde etkileyen çevresel faktörleri, ekolojik sistemler kuramı çerçevesinde incelemektir. Ekolojik sistemler kuramı, dış dünya ve organizma arasındaki etkileşimi incelemektedir. Bütün yöneticiler, çeşitli derecelerde dış çevre unsurlarını ve eylemlerini gözönünde bulundururlar. Dolayısıyla yöneticiler, örgütün eylemlerini etkileyen çevresel güçleri belirlemeli, değerlendirmeli ve cevap vermelidirler. Çevresel faktörler, örgüt üzerindeki etkileri açısından yönetimde oldukça önemli görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda farklı okul düzeylerinde görev yapan 19 okul müdürü ile yüzyüze görüşmeler yapılarak elde edilen veriler nitel araştırma tekniklerinden “betimsel analiz” yoluyla ve frekans değerleri verilerek analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda yöneticiyi en çok etkileyen faktörlerin MEB, yasalar ve etik kurallar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Dolayısıyla karar verme sürecinde yöneticilerin ekolojik sistemler kuramına göre yakın çevreyi içeren mikrosistemin değil, daha çok ekzosistem ve makrosistemin etkisinde kaldığı söylenebilir.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study is to examine the environmental factors affecting decision making process of managers within the framework of ecological systems theory. Ecological systems theory, examines the interaction between organisms and the outside world. All managers take into consider the external environmental elements and actions in various degrees. Therefore managers should identify, assess and respond to the environmental forces that influence their organization's actions. Environmental factors seem to be very important in management in terms of the effects on the organization. In this context, the data obtained by making face to face interviews with 19 school managers working at different school levels were analyzed by means of "descriptive analysis" and frequency values from qualitative research techniques. It has been revealed that the most influential factors in the direction of the obtained data are Ministry of Education, laws and ethical rules. Therefore, it can be said that in the decision-making process, managers are under the influence of the exosystem and macrosystem, rather than the microsystem.
