摘要：Bu çalışmada, Ebû Hâmid el-Gazzâlî, Friedrich Nietzsche ve Michel Foucault’nun analizlerinden hareketle güç ile hakikat arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. Gazzâlî, insanların çoğunluğunun güç ve başarıya bakarak davrandıklarını ve güçlü ve başarılı olanın hakikatini hakikat olarak aldıklarını öne sürmektedir. Nietzsche, insan varoluşundaki temel kavramın güç istenci olduğunu ve yaşamın güce erişmeyle ilgili bir süreç olarak okunması gerektiğini iddia etmektedir. Foucault ise, bilgi ile iktidarın birbirini zorunlu olarak içerdiğini düşünmektedir. Ona göre tek istisna, “parrhesia” kavramının tahlilinden elde edilebilir. Üç düşünür de, hakikatin idealize edilmiş bir kavram olarak incelenmesine karşıdırlar. Onlara göre hakikat, güçle ilişki halindeki bir insan varoluşunda tahlil edilmelidir. İnsanın dışında ve onun üstünde bir kesin bilgi olarak hakikat var değildir. Hakikat, insanın tarihsel serüveninde ve varoluşsal detaylarda aranmalıdır. Güç ile hakikat arasındaki ilişkilerin analizi, bizim bilgi ile kurduğumuz bütün münasebetlerin gözden geçirilmesini gerektirecek ölçüde önemlidir. Aynı zamanda güç, insanlar arasındaki örtük bir hukukun da ortak ölçütü durumundadır. İnsanlar dilsel alışkanlıklarında gücün etkisinde olduklarını ele vermektedirler. Hakikatin güç üzerinden incelenmesi, ondaki insani bileşenlerin açığa çıkarılması bakımından da önemlidir. Hakikat, güç kavramından ayrıştırılarak ele alınamaz. Güç, özellikle bazı tarihsel zamanlarda hakikatin temel ölçüsü olarak iş görmektedir. İşte bu çalışmada, Gazzâlî, Nietzsche ve Foucault’nun güç ile hakikat arasındaki münasebetlere dair analizlerinden hareketle aktüel bir hakikat eleştirisine girişilmekte ve hakikatin içeriği yeniden inşa edilmektedir.
其他摘要：In this study, it is examined the relationship between power and truth by moving from the analyses of Abû Hâmid al-Ghazzâlî, Friedrich Nietzsche and Michel Foucault. Al-Ghazzâlî claims that the majority of people act by looking at the power and success and they take up seriously the truth of whose power and success as a truth. Nietzsche alleges that will to power is the basic concept of human existence and life should be read being as a process which is related to achieve to power. Foucault thinks that the knowledge and the power contain necessarily each other. According to him, the only exception of this can be obtained from an analysis of concept of “parrhesia”. These three authors are against examining of truth as an idealized concept. According to them, the truth should be analyzed in human existence which is related to power. There is not the truth outside of human and outstanding of human being as a precise knowledge. The truth should be sought in the human’s historical adventure and the details of his existential details. The analysis of relations between the power and the truth is so important that it will require all relations which we have established about knowledge to review. Also the power is a common criterion of implicit law among people. People reveal that they are influenced by the power with their linguistic habits. To deconstruct the truth by examining the power is also important for clarifying the humanitarian components in it. The truth cannot be understood by being decomposed with the power. The power is understood the primary measure of truth especially in some historical times. Hence in this study, it is embarked to a critique of actual truth and it is reconstructed the content of truth by moving from al-Ghazzâlî’s, Nietzsche’s and Foucault’s analysis of relations between the power and the truth.
