摘要：Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nda İstanbul’un iaşesi iktisadi ve siyasi açıdan önemli bir konu olmuştur. İmparatorluk yönetimi iaşe konusunu piyasaya bırakmamış, gerektiğinde piyasaya müdahale etme yolunu seçmiştir. Bu gerçek 18. Y.y.’da da değişmemiş, Devlet 18. Y.y. boyunca iaşe sorunlarının çözümü için üretim ve dağıtım ile ilgili tüm birimlerini seferber etmiştir. Çalışmada, İstanbul ahkâm defterleri İstanbul Esnaf Tarihi 2 isimli eserde yer alan; 18. 其他摘要：The sustenance of İstanbul is an important matter from economic and political angle in Ottoman Empire. The Government hadn’t left the sustenance of İstanbul to market and had chosen to intervent to the market in case of necessity. This position hadn’nt changed in 18. Century, the Government had mobilized all of its units about production and allocation for solving the sustenance problems during 18. Century. In this study, we will analyse the problems of Istanbul crafts about the orders of purchase-sale, official prize and production in 18. Century which are taken place in Istanbul Craft History II.
