摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı, Batı’daki uygulamalı çalışmalardan hareketle özel öğretim yöntem ve teknikleri içeriğine sahip, bilgilerin bugün dahi güncelliğini koruduğu eğitim tarihimizde ilk kez Eyüp Hamdi Akman tarafından yayımlanan Usul-i Tedris adlı eserin Türkçenin öğretiminin tarihsel gelişimi açısından önemini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Türkçenin eğitimi ve öğretimini çağdaş veriler ışığında değerlendiren Usul-i Tedris adlı eser, günümüz öğretmen kılavuz kitaplarıyla karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Hem Türk eğitim tarihi hem de Türkçenin eğitim ve öğretiminin tarihsel gelişim sürecinde pek çok eser geçmişten günümüzü aydınlatmaktadır. Geçmişin ışığında günümüzü, günümüzün ışığında geçmişi aydınlatmak ilkesi, araştırmaların temeli olarak benimsendiğinde Eyüp Hamdi’nin Usul-i Tedris’i çok işlevsel bir eserdir.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study, motion studies, special teaching methods and techniques applied in the West with the content, information, education history, for the first time today, even protected by date published by the Usul-i Tedris Eyup Akman Hamdi's work is to reveal the importance of the historical development of Turkish language teaching. The study used qualitative research methods, document review method. In the light of contemporary Turkish education and the teaching of works by evaluating the Usul-i Tedris, is a comparative analysis of today's teacher guide books. Both the Turks and the Turkish education and the teaching of the history of education in the process of historical development, many artefacts from the past illuminate the present. In light of the past present, in light of today illuminate the history of policy research as a basis for Hamdi's Usul-i Tedris Job embraced a multi-functional work of art.
