摘要：Ölüm teması, evrenselliği dikkate alındığında bütün edebiyatlarda işlenen ortak bir temadır. İnsanlığın evrendeki varlığıyla eşit bir geçmişe sahip olan ölüm; yine insanlık tarihi boyunca, başta çeşitli dinler ve doktrinler olmak üzere; düşünürler, âlimler ve sanatçılar tarafından mercek altına alınarak her toplumun kültür düzleminde, kendine bir yer edinmiştir. İslam öncesi Türk kültüründe de çeşitli inançlar içinde yer bulan bu tem, İslamiyet sonrası teşekkül etmeye başlayan Divan şiirinde de geniş biçimde kullanılmaktadır. Başta ölüm ve ecel olmak üzere, fenâ, âhir, son, yokluk, vuslat, öte gibi çeşitli kavramlarla ifade edilen bu hakikat, Divan edebiyatının kuruluş devresi diyebileceğimiz 15.yüzyıla kadarki süreçte de, yine mısralardaki varlığıyla muhataplarına soğukluğunu hissettirmeye devam etmiştir. Makalemizde Kadı Burhaneddin'in şiirlerinde ölüm temiyle ilgili yaklaşımlar ve Kadı Burhaneddin’in ecel kavramına bakışı değerlendirilecektir.
其他摘要：When the theme of death is took into consideration by the globe it is a common theme in all literature. The death has an equal historic past as of humans on the globe. During the history of humans especially of different religions and doctorines, philosophers and artists have took this theme into consideration and has made a place for itself in every culture. Before this theme has took place in the Turkish culture and after Islam the Muslim Council champer has used this in a large perspective to start off with death, the and loneliness are ways of describing this theme. Until the start of the Divan Literature which we can say is the start of the 15th century the existence of the line of poetry has portrayed coldness to me interlocutor. The poems of Kadı Burhaneddin on the theme of death will take into consideration the concept of the death and will be on the way the poems approach the theme of death.
