摘要：Bu çalışmada Türkçe eğitimi bölümü öğrencilerinin imla konusundaki başarıları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Öğrencilerin imla konusundaki uygulama düzeyleri hakkında bir fikir edinmek için böyle bir çalışmanın yapılmasının gerekliliği düşünülmüştür. Araştırma, Balıkesir Üniversitesi Necatibey Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Bölümünde öğrenim gören 1., 2., 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencileri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, araştırmacı tarafından bir metin seçilerek metin üzerinde kasten hatalar yapılmış ve öğrencilerden hatalı yazıldığını düşündükleri sözlerin doğrusunu yazmaları istenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda öğrenciler bazı imla kurallarını uygulamada oldukça eksik bulunmuştur. Bu durumun hem öğrencilerin duyarlı ve ilgili olmamasından hem de bazı sözlerin yazımında imla kılavuzları arasındaki farklı yaklaşımlardan kaynaklandığı söylenebilir.
其他摘要：In this study the students’ orthographic achievement of the Turkish Teaching Department of Necatibey Education Faculty of Balikesir University has been analyzed. Purpose of the study is to reveal the level of students’ abilities on the usage of orthography. The research was conducted on first, second, third and fourth year students of above mentioned department. For the study some words of a chosen text misspelled by the researcher and the students were asked to correct the words of which they thought misspelled. The research has revealed that some students have serious deficiencies in spelling of some words. It is possible to say that students’ lack of attention, lack of enthusiasm and lack of delicacy and incoherence of spelling of some words among the spelling books might cause this outcome.
