摘要：Bilgi tarih boyunca insanlar için önemli olmuştur. Bilgiye sahip olmak ekonomik olarak gücü de beraberinde getirir ve bu nedenle insanoğlu tarih boyunca bilgiyi elde etmek için çeşitli yöntemler geliştirmiştir. Son yıllarda teknolojinin de gelişimi ile birlikte, bilginin elde edilmesi, kayıt altına alınması, değerlendirilmesi ve depolanması kolaylaşmış olup, günümüz de bilgi yönetimi kavramı önem kazanmıştır. İnsanoğlu çok eski çağlardan itibaren tarımla uğraşmaktadır ve tarım sektöründeki bilgi, insan hayatı için yaşamsal bir öneme sahiptir. Tarımı etkileyen ve her zaman kesin olarak bilinemeyen, tekbir nedene bağlı olmayan belirsizlikler (örneğin; iklim, hastalılar ve verimlilik) hakkında bilgi sahibi olabilmek, tarım sektörü ile uğraşanlar için büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu nedenle doğru bilgiyi elde etmek, elde edilen verileri tarıma entegre etmek ve sürekliliğini sağlamak, ülke ekonomisi ve artan insan ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması için önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç; tarımı etkileyen iklim, hastalıklar, toprak yapısı ve verimlilik gibi birçok etkenin verilerini tek bir çatı altında toplayan ve bu verilerden yararlanarak tarıma yön vermeyi hedefleyen tarım bilgi sistemini tanımak ve önemi vurgulamak olacaktır. Araştırmada, Bursa Gıda Tarım Hayvancılık Bakanlığı İl teşkilatında çalışan tüm ziraat mühendisleriyle 115 adet anket çalışması da yapılmıştır.
其他摘要：Knowledge has been important to people throughout history. Having knowledge also brings economic power, and therefore, human beings have developed various methods to obtain knowledge since its existence. Technological advancements have helped to embrace record and evaluate information as well as storing and sharing of it. Hence, the concept of information management has gained importance today. Human beings have been engaged in agriculture since ancient times and knowledge in the agricultural sector is vital to human life. To have knowledge of uncertainties that affect agriculture and that are not always known for certain reasons (e.g. climate, disease and productivity) is of great importance for those who deal with the agricultural sector. For this reason, it is important to obtain the correct information, to integrate the obtained data into agriculture and to ensure its continuity, to meet the country's economy and increasing human needs. The aim of this study is to identify and highlight the importance of agricultural information system which gathers the data of many factors such as climate, diseases, soil structure and productivity that affect agriculture under one roof and aims to guide agriculture by taking advantage of these data. The research conducted in Bursa Provincial Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. The primary data obtained from the questionnaires. All 115 agricultural engineers currently working in the Directorate were personally invited to fill out the questionnaire.
