摘要：The purpose of this report is to present recent data on two modulating factors of carcinogenesis that are found in Western-type diets: a beef-derived mutagenesis modulator that has been shown to inhibit the initiation of epidermal carcinogenesis in mice, and the possible role of net energy rather than dietary fat per se in the enhancement of rat mammary carcinogenesis.
