  • 摘要:In healthcare system, general health check-up is a important part in all the countries. Identifying thepatient who is under risk is very challenging which requires precaution and protective involvement. Basically, theunknown data will not determine whether the patient health is good or bad based on the patient report. The datacollected about patient may not be true. A graph based algorithm known as semi supervised heterogeneous is proposed.The semi supervised graph algorithm is introduced to reach the goal that will identify the difference between actualdata and previously stored data. This algorithm will also helps to predict the risk in a patient. The large amount ofhealth reports will contain remarks, patient ID, laboratory test reports, diagnostics report etc. this health reports whichis collected from over the years is known as electronic health report. Finally, this helps to predict whether the healthcondition of the patient is under risk or not.
