  • 摘要:The objective of this study is to develop an attitude scale to determine the impact of performance tasks(homework, presentation, project, research, field work, etc...) introduced into primary school programs on students?learning processes. First, the relevant literature was reviewed, and a five-point, 26item Likert-type scale was developed.The first 16 items were aimed to measure the impact of performance tasks on students?learning processes, and the restten items aimed to measure the problems that may arise during the implementation of performance tasks in and out ofclassroom. The survey sample was consisted of 274 first, second, and third-year students from the Faculty ofEducation-namely the Department of Science Teaching, Department of Primary School Teaching, and Department ofSocial Sciences Teaching-at Bart齨 University located in the center of Bart齨 province in Turkey. SPSS 22.0 statisticspackage program was used to analyse the data collected in the study. The reliability of the scale was tested bycalculating its item-total and item-discrimination indices. When the validity of the scale was caculated, three factorswere resulted in. The Cronbach抯 Alpha coefficient of the scale was calculated as 0.846. These findings suggested thatthis scale is highly valid and highly reliable in determining the impact of performance tasks in primary school programson students?learning processes.
