  • 摘要:Haemoglobin is one of the important factor in blood which can be used for various medical treatmentsand investigations of deceases. Quick results, low cost and comfort for patient are the basic needs of every techniqueand non-invasive technique fulfils all these requirements. Leading non-invasive technique is easiest technique forhaemoglobin measurement. In this paper, we are discussing dual-wavelength haemoglobin measurement method forstudy and analysis of haemoglobin monitoring. Following principle of pulse oximeter, two wavelengths are used forreducing complications in analysis. Pulses of RED and IR signals are obtained and ratio of both AC and DC values oftwo signals are calculated. Ratio of ratio of RED and IR pulse values can give the strongest relationship withhaemoglobin value.This relation can lead to accurate algorithm for calculation of haemoglobin value.
