摘要：Under video processing most of research work consists of detecting objects exhibiting anomalousbehaviour. In this paper we present a method to detect anomaly within a video on the basis of combination of motionand appearance of moving objects. Our method comprises of combination of three techniques that are: optical flow todetect motion, colour detection and speed detection. All three approaches are being applied on frames and frames thenconverted into a continuous video. Anomaly detection on basis of these three parameters can be of great application fortraffic cameras or videos to detect vehicles of particular colour, their direction of motion and speed.
