  • 摘要:Non-Newtonian fluids such as polymers, foodstuffs, pulps, glues, ink, molten plastics, or slurries areincreasingly used in various manufacturing, industrial, and engineering applications. Many simultaneous transportprocesses exist in industrial and in engineering applications. Due to the increasing popularity of polymeric materials,extrusion is one of the most important production methods. The use of composite materials for industrial applicationhas increased tremendously, due to which the research work in this area has increased. In this research work,experimental investigation of the mechanical properties of Wood Plastic (Polypropylene/High Density Polyethylene,Teak and Jute) composite was carried out. Mechanical properties were analyzed and results were compared. It wasobserved that wood gives a positive impact on the mechanical properties of the wood plastic composite.
