  • 摘要:The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of organizational culture, transformationalleadership and job satisfaction with the commitment to the organization in the environment of the permanent teacher ofSukabumi Private High School Foundation. Organizational culture, transformational leadership and job satisfactionserve as independent variables, and commitment to the organization is as a dependent variable. The number of researchsamples is 87 teachers taken by proportional random sampling, and hypothesis testing uses Sequential ExplanatoryMixed Methods with a significance level of 0.05. The result of this research concludes that there is positive correlationwhich is strengthened by qualitative research result for variable a) organizational culture with commitment toorganization with correlation coefficient = 0.550 and coefficient of determination = 0.303 b) transformationalleadership with commitment to organization with correlation coefficient = 0.667 and coefficient determination = 0.445c) job satisfaction with commitment to organization with correlation coefficient = 0.693 and coefficient ofdetermination = 0.481 d) organizational culture, transformational leadership and job satisfaction together withcommitment to organization with correlation coefficient = 0.675 and coefficient of determination = 0.455.
