  • 摘要:This research work starts with a brief introduction to the DMD device, which is the heart of DLP.technology. In optical and point-to-point communication, various micro mirror devices have been used to reshape thewavefront of a propagating beam to recompense for aberration in the beam path. To improve the stress in the mirrorgeometry new mirror geometry is proposed in this thesis to reduce stress in the mirror. The main objective of the thesisis to design an advanced digital micro mirror Experiments has been performed. To achieve the best results, experimentsare carried out on length, thickness.
