摘要：E-Learning is proficient, errand important and in the nick of time taking in developed from the learningnecessities of the new and powerfully evolving world. In this paper, we propose a web based development architecturefor accessing the e-learning system in the context of higher education information services for the students of MCA inthe selected university of Uttar Pradesh by the use of ontology to effectively combine information from multipleheterogeneous sources. The purpose of which is to provide a common platform of education to all those students ofdifferent universities or institutes, by which an unbelievable change in the level of their education.
